Cary E. Garner –
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr. Garner is the Vice President and General Manager, Client
Research Services for Parexel International. Parexel International
conducts worldwide clinical trials (Phase I through Phase IV) for
selected large pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Kim Tan –
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Tan is the Chairman of SpringHill Management Ltd., a biotech
venture capital management company. Dr. Tan is also an advisor
and a director of a number of biotech companies.

George Uveges –
President and CEO
Mr. Uveges joined the Company in October 2001. Mr. Uveges was
previously the Chief Operating Officer of BioSource International,
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NEN Life Science,
and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration of
Gelman Sciences.

Paul DiTullio –
Vice President, Product Development
Mr. DiTullio is a founder of TranXenoGen. He was previously employed
as a research scientist at GTC Biotherapeutics Inc., where he developed
transgenic constructs for the expression of proteins in the milk of
transgenic mice, rabbits and goats.

Patricia Muzzy –
Controller and Treasurer
Ms. Muzzy joined the Company in February of 2000. Ms. Muzzy was
previously Director of Investor Relations at Boston Technology, Inc.
and Indigo NV and Treasury Manager/Manager of Investor Relations
at Groundwater Technology, Inc.

Kathleen Hehir -
Director of Technology Development & Regulatory Affairs
Ms. Hehir joined the Company in July 2000. Ms. Hehir was previously
an Associate Director with Genzyme Corporation, where she was
responsible for the manufacture, process development, quality control
and distribution for all of the Adenovirus gene therapy products in various
stages of development.
